Silicone-based paint cleaner for heavily weathered paints

 

Grinding paste on the basis of coordinated abrasives of different grain size, silicone oil and emulsifiers and solvents. Excellent for the machine treatment of old weathered varnishes.

Nextzett No 1 Clean & Polish i st a special abrasive paste on the basis of coordinated abrasives different grain, silicone oil and emulsifiers and solvents. Nextzett No 1 Clean & Polish is a physically acting two-component polish which old and weathered paint gives their original deep gloss in which it eliminates sanding marks and paint unevenness. Due to the improved formulation is ideal for the automated reprocessing of old weathered paint Nextzett No 1 Clean & Polish and guarantees a hologram-free processing.

Application areas:

Nextzett No 1 Clean & Polish can be used because of its composition, both on oven dried paints but also on original paints (solvent or water-based standard and metallic paint). It is suitable for removing light orange skin, spray mist and slight scratches. Ideal for pre-treatment of washing machine scratches or similar scratches.

Instructions for use:

Wash vehicle thoroughly with shampoo and clear water before reprocessing. Then rinse and dry.

Nextzett No 1 Clean & Polish not apply in direct sunlight or on hot paint. Shake the product vigorously before use. Apply a little Nextzett No 1 Clean & Polish to the surface to be treated and distribute it in a circular manner under evenly light pressure with a polishing sponge, with the machine not switched on. Then polish the surface at 1500 to 3000 rpm under gentle pressure. Repeatedly apply product until scratches are removed. Reduce the contact pressure when polishing becomes dry. Then polish with polish on finish.

 

Remove polish residue or spray on plastic and rubber parts immediately with Nextzett plastic intensive care.
